Software Engineer L2



Gotransverse is seeking a Full Stack Engineer L2 to join our fast-growing SaaS billing and Revenue Management solution on the Engineering team. You’ll be a crucial contributor to our SDLC processes, working with a team to build scalable and reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate independently within the team, with occasional guidance from senior developers.
  • Actively engage in SDLC stages: development, estimation, planning, and design.
  • Support overall system design, architecture, scalability, security, and application performance.
  • Contribute to build and deployment pipelines and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
  • Document technology standards and contribute to training within the team.


Requirements snapshot (what you bring):

  • 3+ years of application development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Typescript experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Spring and Hibernate ORM frameworks or similar.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, and event-streaming with Kafka (experience with Redis, Postgres, or ElasticSearch is a plus).
  • Familiarity with K8S implementations is a bonus.
  • Ownership mentality and commitment to quality.
  • Eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
